Why Should I List With a Realtor?
1) Bargain Hunters
Some people watch private ads in an effort to purchase the house from an owner who may be inexperienced in pricing or negotiating. Because the owner is not paying commission, they’ll deduct the amount of commission from their offer.
2) Unqualified Buyers
Many owners spend time and effort showing their home to people who may be financially unable to buy.

It’s difficult to negotiate a purchase without a “third party,” such as a Realtor, who has the trust and confidence of both parties.
